In 2010, a horrible event took place in the community of Saint-Joseph. The young Jessica Price went missing. A couple of weeks later, body parts were found scattered around town. Rumors spread that the killer filmed the horrible acts of sadism. Brian Pleasence, a close friend to Jessica decides to investigate the case.
